2. What information do we collect and why?
- General personal data to individualize you:
● Full name, identification number or foreign ID number, permanent address;For providing information related to our business, promoting our products, making contracts and their performance:
● Contact details: - address, phone number and email
● When registering on our website – username, password and email
● Credit or debit card information, bank account number or other bank and payment information in connection with payments made to us
● Letters and emails that we receive from you in our communication
● Phone call records when you contact our specialized contact centers to serve you and improve our services
● Video camera footage when you visit our stores and administrative locations in order to ensure our security and yours
● Information related to applying for credit with one of our partners. As processors, we act on their behalf in these cases.
● Other data that we may also collect about you includes: IP address, demographic data and data provided when participating in special campaigns, games and sweepstakes, organized by us including through social platforms.
3. Purpose of processing your Personal Data
We process the personal data we collect mostly for the following purposes:
● identifying the customer through all commercial channels

Some of the recipients of personal data may be:

In some cases, providing personal data is mandatory in order to comply with our legal requirements, such as:
● regulatory authorities, including state commissions, institutions and agencies, National Revenue Agency, National Social Security Institute, courts, public prosecutor`s office and others to whom we are obligated to provide personal data under applicable law.
5. Use of Cookies on the Site
Furniture Videnov uses functional cookies regarding the location of users – country, region, time zone, IP address, as well as their interests in the Company`s products. More details about the type and purpose of cookies used on our website can be found in our Cookie Policy.
6. Processing of anonymized data
We process your data for statistical purposes which means for analyses where the results are only aggregated and the data is anonymous – for example, for preferences of a certain age group towards a certain type of furniture. It is impossible to identify a specific person from this information.
7. Security
Additionally, we implement technical measures such as encryption, pseudonymization, and anonymization of collected personal data.
8. Data retention periods
Some of the time limits are:
- 6 months from the time applying for a vacant position
- 5 years upon expiry of the limitation periods for making claims set out in the Obligations and Contracts Act
- 10 years under the Accountancy Act for the storage and processing of accounting data
- 5 years for obligations to provide information to the court, competent state authorities and other grounds provided for in the current legislation
- 30 days of recording in case of video surveillance and sound recording in the stores
- 5 years of sound recording in the case of telephone conversations.
In the case of anonymization of personal data, the limits do not apply as we cannot identify you.
9. Transfer between countries
The transfer, storage and processing of personal data is secured by modern technical means. Furniture Videnov will not transfer your data outside EEA without complying with the legal possibilities and will put in place appropriate precautionary measures to keep your information conferential

You can contact us by using the contact details mentioned at the beginning of this Policy. Please, note the following:
Identity: We take the confidentiality of all documents containing personal data seriously. For this reason, please send us your request by completing an application on-site at our store locations using the email address provided on your Videnov Card registration application or eStore account. We reserve the right to verify your identity by requesting additional information to confirm it.
Fees: There is no fee for exercising your rights concerning personal information, except where the request for access to information is unreasonable, repeated or unnecessarily repetitive. In such cases, we would charge a reasonable amount of administrative cost. If necessary, we will inform you of any charges before we consider the specific request.
Response time: We respond to all valid requests within one month, unless the request is particularly complex or if you have made multiple requests, in which case we will respond within a maximum of two months. We will let you know if we need more than one month. We reserve the right not to respond to your request it if negatively affects the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.
