  • Can I pick up my order directly from the store or from the warehouse?

    It's important to us to provide the best possible experience for our customers, so we deliver every order to the address. We have over 4,000 products that we deliver within 10 business days. One or two days before the delivery day, we will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery date. We will then send you an SMS with an approximate range in which to expect us.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    You can check when your order will be delivered in the order confirmation you receive. We have over 4,000 items that we deliver in 10 business days nationwide. One or two days before the delivery day, we will call you to confirm the date of your order. We will then send you a message with approximate time frame in which to expect your order. On the day of delivery, our driver will call you about 15 minutes before arrival so that you have time to prepare to pick up your order.

  • How and when can I pay for my order?

    You can pay for your order in the most convenient way for you. You need to choose one of the following payment options at the stage of order placement:

    On delivery - cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), indicating in advance that you want to pay by POS terminal;

    In our store by card or cash.

     

    You can change your original method of payment, but no later than one day before delivery. This will allow you to pay for your order in one of our physical stores.
