Refund and Exchange Policy
How do I make a refund?
Sometimes things can go wrong as we planned, and something can slip away. If you receive a product with a problem or we send you an order by mistake, please send it to us and we will be happy to exchange or refund the money within 14 days of purchase.
To proceed with the refund, you must start by sending us an email at info@fullhousedecor.com
Please specify below:
- Email address used when making the purchase. If you don't remember your email address, please let us know the date of purchase and we will check your first and last name.
- To apply for a refund, the products must be unused and must not show any signs of use or damage.
- Full House Decor Original packaging - you must send the product back in its original packaging and do not cut the tags.
- Items offered for sale or under a special offer are not refundable.
After you send us your email, our team will check if you are eligible, and we will send you a pre-paid refund receipt.
If you are not sure if your product is eligible for a refund, please contact us and we will respond and help you.
Return Shipping
The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of a refund.
Return shipping is not covered.
You can return it by standard or express delivery.
Please provide us with the invoice so that our team can track it down and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on return and delivery.
Do we make a refund?
We can refund the money to your original payment form or if you can exchange for another item from Full House Decor.
We will refund you as soon as we receive the item and check it out
A refund will take from 5 to 8 business days.
We do not offer refunds to anyone other than the original buyer.
