These terms and conditions apply to all users of the website, regardless of whether they make a purchase or simply browse the website. By accessing, registering or using any function of the website www.fullhousedecor.com, users agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions, as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union on e-commerce and consumer protection.
By accessing, browsing or using this website, each user confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Payment Terms
    5.1 Card Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard cards and ensure secure payment processing through our payment systems. Please make sure that your payment details are properly filled in before completing the payment. We use SSL encryption technology to secure your data.
    5.2 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before it enters the shipping preparation stage. Order cancellation must be done within 1 hour of order confirmation. 6. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Bulgarian lev (BGN), inclusive of VAT, and are valid only at the time of publication. If a product has multiple variations or models, the price for each option is listed separately.
FullHouseDecor reserves the right to change the prices of its products and services at any time without prior notice. All prices shown on the website are final and include all applicable taxes and fees, except for delivery, installation, and cash-on-delivery service charges.
The customer is required to pay the price indicated on the website at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it changes afterward.
The cash-on-delivery fee is calculated as follows:
  • 0.88% of the order value for deliveries made through the “Econt – to office” courier option;
  • 1.76% of the order value for deliveries made through the “Econt – to address” option.
 
7. Online Purchase Of Products
Through its website and online store, FullHouseDecor allows customers to conveniently order and purchase products remotely, based on the customer’s confirmed order.
The customer is required to pay the product price in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on the website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are aware of their payment obligation.
FullHouseDecor reserves the right to modify the characteristics, specifications, and prices of the products displayed on the website at any time without prior notice. The company may also update any published information to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
FullHouseDecor may revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the new version on the website. By continuing to use the site, the customer is deemed to have accepted all modifications and agrees to review the updated terms periodically.
 
8. User Account Registration
All content on the FullHouseDecor website and online store is accessible to visitors without mandatory registration.
Registration is voluntary and completed by filling out the required form. All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). By registering, the user confirms that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

FullHouseDecor bears no responsibility for incorrectly placed orders or deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user. In such cases, the user will bear the cost of reshipping.
 
9. Contract, Products, And Orders
A sales contract between FullHouseDecor and the customer is considered concluded once the company confirms the order.
Only individuals aged 16 or older are eligible to place an order and enter into a purchase agreement. Orders can be placed either through a registered user account or without registration by filling in the required details in the order form. All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If the data provided is false, incorrect, or incomplete, FullHouseDecor reserves the right to:
  • Request correction of the information,
  • Restrict access to certain features of the website, or
  • Cancel the order without prior notice.
Orders can be submitted online 24 hours a day. Customers may purchase any product displayed on the website that has the active “Add to Cart” button. When ordering, the customer selects the product type, quantity, and delivery method according to the options available on the website.
Each product page includes detailed information about the product’s price, main characteristics, and additional features, allowing customers to make an informed purchasing decision. FullHouseDecor is not responsible for minor inaccuracies in product descriptions that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
The company reserves the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. Some products may be temporarily unavailable, for which the company apologizes in advance.
The main steps of placing an order are:
  1. Browsing products on the website,
  2. Adding selected items to the shopping cart,
  3. Logging in, registering, or continuing as a guest,
  4. Entering the delivery address,
  5. Selecting the payment method,
  6. Confirming the order.
Before confirming the order, the customer may modify the quantity of items, delivery method, or payment option. Once the order is confirmed, the customer acknowledges that the purchase is binding and agrees to complete the payment.
After confirming the order, the system automatically sends an email confirming receipt of the order.
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] and specifying the order number.
If the order is not paid within two (2) business days, it will be automatically canceled, and FullHouseDecor shall have no further obligation to fulfill it.
The company may require additional confirmation of the order via phone or email. If the customer refuses to provide the necessary confirmation, FullHouseDecor may cancel the order without further notice.
FullHouseDecor is not responsible for incorrectly placed orders or deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for all return or reshipping costs.
10. Product Prices And Payment Methods
All product prices displayed on the FullHouseDecor website are listed in euros (EUR) and Bulgarian leva (BGN), including all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
FullHouseDecor reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Such price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed by the company.
The final price of each product includes the product cost, delivery fee (if applicable), and any other additional charges shown on the order confirmation page.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
  1. Cash on delivery (COD) – The customer pays the total amount directly to the courier upon receipt of the product.
  2. Online card payment – The customer can pay directly through the website using a secure payment gateway.
All payment data entered on the website are processed securely. FullHouseDecor does not store or process customers’ bank card details — all transactions are handled by a trusted payment operator in compliance with international security standards.
From the moment the order is confirmed, the payment obligation becomes valid. If payment is not completed within the specified period, FullHouseDecor reserves the right to cancel the order.
In case of a technical or system error leading to incorrect price or exchange rate display, the company reserves the right to cancel the order, inform the customer, and offer the correct price option.
 
11.Delivery And Shipping
FullHouseDecor delivers all orders within Bulgaria and other European Union countries through trusted courier partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. The estimated delivery time will be indicated during checkout and confirmed by email once the order has been processed.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and courier rates. The total cost of delivery will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
For orders within Bulgaria, customers may choose:
  • Delivery to a courier office (lower rate)
  • Delivery to a specified address (standard rate)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions for following your shipment online.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, missing recipient, or other customer-related issue, the order may be returned to FullHouseDecor. In such cases, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
Damaged Packages
Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. If visible damage or missing items are noticed, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the courier. Claims made without such documentation may not be accepted.
Delivery Delays
While FullHouseDecor aims to deliver all products within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier or customs procedures. The company is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its control.
 
12.Returns And Exchanges
Right of Return
Customers of FullHouseDecor have the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a specific reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, the customer must send a written notification to [email protected], indicating the order number, product name, and reason for return (optional).
Conditions for Product Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
  • They must be in unused and undamaged condition.
  • They must be in their original packaging, including all labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.
FullHouseDecor reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, FullHouseDecor will cover all return expenses.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by FullHouseDecor.
Exchanges
If the customer wishes to exchange an item for another product, size, or color, the return process must first be completed. After that, a new order can be placed for the replacement product.

FullHouseDecor makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on fullhousedecor.com are accurate, up to date, and clearly presented.
However, minor discrepancies may occur due to differences in screen display settings, lighting, or supplier updates. Such variations do not constitute grounds for claims or product returns.

FullHouseDecor is not responsible for any errors in product descriptions or technical inaccuracies that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

If a typographical or system error causes a product to appear at an incorrect price, FullHouseDecor reserves the right to cancel any affected order after notifying the customer and offering the option to reorder at the correct price.
14. Refund of amounts upon cancellation of an order paid with a bank card

According to the requirements of the International Card Organizations and the General Terms and Conditions for servicing bank card payments on a UniCredit Bulbank POS terminal device, upon a requested cancellation of an order in connection with purchased goods/services paid for by a given user via a bank card, the merchant should refund the relevant amount only with a credit transaction on the same card with which the specific goods/services were initially paid.
