DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS

1. STANDARD 24 Hour Service – delivery in Bulgaria:

• 100% coverage on the territory of Bulgaria and over 1100 offices and vending machines with working hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
• SMART CONTROL – FREE functionality available on a link sent in a message to the recipient of the shipment, through which via mobile devices, he can manage it in real time – see the date and time of delivery; track the shipment; change the delivery address (redirection – free of charge under certain conditions), postpone for the next day and many others.
• PREDICT – provided only by Speedy – Link to the recipient, providing information about the shipment and a time interval of 60 minutes for delivery to the address.
• Cash on delivery – payment of amounts on the day of delivery. /The NP fee may be at the expense of the recipients of the shipments depending on your preferences/ – 0.7% fee for amounts paid to your bank account (min. 0.50 BGN/ 0.26€ per shipment) – 2% fee for amounts paid in cash at a SPEEDY office (min. 0.50 BGN/ 0.26€ per shipment) – 2% fee for amounts paid in cash at your address (min. 1.50 BGN/ 0.77€ per shipment)

• For shipments consisting of one or more packages with a single tariff weight over 50 kg., an additional fee is charged for Heavy Package. For such shipments, the tariff weight is the higher between the volumetric and actual. A heavy package is 20.00 BGN/10.23 € excluding VAT and is charged to the tariff price for the respective package service for each package in the shipment that has a declared or control-measured tariff weight over 50 kg. 1 package cannot weigh more than 50 kg, and the entire shipment is no more than 100 kg in total.
The chargeable weight is the greater of the volumetric and actual weight of the package, with the volumetric weight being determined in the ratio 1 cubic meter = 200 kg. Shipments with a physical weight of up to 7 kg with the Standard 24-hour service will be charged according to their physical weight, not their volumetric weight (1 m³ = 200 kg), if it is the greater of the two and does not exceed 50 kg. • The price of the service includes Speedy’s liability of up to 15 BGN/7.67 € incl. VAT. Upon request by the sender, this liability may be increased to the actual value of the contents of the shipment. The surcharge for the courier service is: 0.5% of the declared value of the shipment, if it or part of it contains glass, plexiglass, plastic, porcelain, faience, ceramics, electronics, mobile phones or the packaging is marked with a “Fragile” sign and 0.2% of the value declared by the sender for all other shipments. The maximum level of Declared Value for the service is up to 10,000 BGN/ €5,112.92. Declared Value is offered and performed only for shipments consisting of one or more packages with a unit weight of up to 32 kg. • All prices include Fuel Tax, and exclude VAT. A fuel tax is charged to the indicated prices, subject to monthly update. Its amount is determined at the beginning of each month based on retail prices for diesel fuel. The amount of the fuel fee is announced on the website of Speedy AD, and for the month of October 2025 the fuel fee is 12.0%; A Toll fee surcharge is charged to the prices, based on weight – up to 31.5 kg and over 31.5 kg. The surcharge is updated according to the changes in the Tariff for Toll Fees of the Council of Ministers. Toll Fee for shipments up to 31 kg. in the amount of 0.20 BGN/0.10€ excluding VAT per shipment. The “Manual Processing” fee applies to shipments with packages of non-standard sizes that are not subject to processing by standard automated conveyors for distribution of shipments and require manual measurement and sorting. It is charged to shipments that contain one or more packages with a size of one of the sides over 100 cm, transported with parcel services (domestic and international). The fee is in the amount of 3.60 BGN (1.84 €) and applies to each such package in the shipment.
